1. About these Terms
This website, lucentpaw.com (the "Site"), is operated by Wickmore LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Lucentpaw ("Lucentpaw," "we," "us" or "our"). By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to place an order. You agree to give accurate and complete information when you order.
3. Products and wellness disclaimer
Lucentpaw products are wellness products for pets. They are not registered veterinary medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nothing on the Site is veterinary advice. Talk to your veterinarian about your dog's health, especially before using the product on a dog with a medical condition, an open wound, a lump, a recent surgery or an eye condition, or a dog that takes medication that increases light sensitivity.
You must supervise your dog during every session and follow the instructions in the product guide. Results vary from dog to dog. Descriptions of results on the Site are owner-reported experiences and are not guarantees.
We try to describe our products accurately, but colors, images and measurements on your screen may differ slightly from the product you receive.
4. Orders and acceptance
When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. Your order is not accepted until we confirm it and ship it. We may refuse, limit or cancel any order, for example because of suspected fraud, an error in a price or description, or lack of stock. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund you in full.
From time to time we hold an order for a short verification before it ships, to protect our customers from fraud. If we need anything from you, we will email you.
5. Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars. Prices can change at any time, but a price changes only for future orders, never for an order you have already placed. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, such as Stripe, Shopify Payments and PayPal, using the payment methods shown at checkout. We do not store your full card number. You agree to pay the total shown at checkout, and you confirm that you are allowed to use the payment method you choose.
6. Shipping
We currently ship to addresses in the United States. Shipping is free. Orders are processed within 2 business days, and delivery usually takes 7 to 10 business days after shipping, so about 9 to 12 business days in total. These are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
7. 60-day trial, refunds and warranty
You can try your order for 60 days from the delivery date and ask for a full refund of the product price if you are not satisfied. Details, including how to request a refund, are in our Refund Policy. Each wrap is also covered by a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, as described in the Refund Policy.
8. Use of the product
You agree to use the product only as described in the instructions, on dogs, and under supervision. You must not modify the product, use it near a dog's eyes, use it over open wounds or suspected tumors, or leave a dog alone with it. You are responsible for any harm caused by misuse.
9. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, images, videos, logos, designs and the Lucentpaw name, belongs to Wickmore LLC or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site. That includes trying to gain unauthorized access, introducing viruses or harmful code, scraping the Site at a harmful scale, placing fraudulent orders, or using the Site for anything unlawful.
11. Reviews and content you submit
If you send us a review, photo, video or message, you confirm it is yours and truthful, and you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right to use it on the Site and in our marketing. We may remove any content at our discretion.
12. Third-party services and links
The Site may link to or use third-party services (for example payment, shipping and analytics providers). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Site and the products are provided "as is" and "as available." Apart from the limited warranty in our Refund Policy and any warranty that cannot be excluded by law, we make no other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Wickmore LLC and its members, employees and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the Site or the products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order that gave rise to the claim. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless Wickmore LLC from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the product or your breach of these Terms.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, please contact us at contact@lucentpaw.com so we can try to resolve the issue informally. If we cannot, the state and federal courts located in Wyoming will have exclusive jurisdiction, and you agree to their jurisdiction, except where the law of your state requires otherwise.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version applies from the date posted at the top of this page. If you keep using the Site after that date, you accept the changes. Orders you placed earlier remain under the Terms that applied when you ordered.
18. Severability and entire agreement
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These Terms, together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of the Site and your purchase.
