Where do I find my tracking number?
As soon as your order ships, we send you an email with your tracking number and a link. Check your inbox and your spam folder. If you can't find it, use the form on the left and we'll send it again.
My tracking hasn't updated yet
It can take 24 to 48 hours after shipping for the first scan to appear. If it still looks stuck after a few days, write to us and we will look into it right away.
When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 3 to 5 business days. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your package is on its way.
